The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics is a  501 c(6) nonprofit membership organization

The SCCE is dedicated to improving the quality of corporate governance, compliance and ethics. SCCE’s roles include:

• Facilitating the development and maintenance of compliance programs;
• Providing a forum for understanding the complicated compliance environment; and
• Offering tools, resources and educational opportunities for those involved with compliance.

SCCE exists to champion ethical practice and compliance standards in all organizations and to provide the necessary resources for compliance professionals and others who share these principles.

Compliance:

2. To provide a forum for interaction and information exchange, to enable our members to provide high quality compliance programs.

SCCE is not meant to:
Focus on or duplicate the current efforts of general and specialty-specific national associations that lobby for regulatory changes.
