Dan Roach, VP, Compliance & Audit, Catholic Healthcare West, SCCE Advisory Board Co-Chair, HCCA Board

The U.S. Sentencing Commission is considering several changes to the Organizational Guidelines. These will affect remediation, organizational probation, monitors, and facility examination. Also on the table are assessments of “the nature and operations of the organization with regard to particular ethics and compliance functions†along with employee awareness of document retention policies. Finally, the Commission is asking for comment on whether to encourage direct reporting to the board by responsible compliance personnel. Listen in to this web conference to better understand:

  • The proposed changes to the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines
  • What they could mean to your organization
  • How the changes could affect the compliance and ethics officer
