English translation of Spanish Data Protection Agency’s option regarding the operation of Whistleblower schemes France. This is not a “final” guideline, only initial opinion in reaction to a single corporation’s filing for approval of their whistle blowing scheme. The Spanish DPA is currently collecting additional data regarding whistleblower schemes and intends to issue final guidelines in the future.
