For the third year in a row, JD Supra has recognized Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics® & Health Care Compliance Association® (SCCE® & HCCA®) with Readers' Choice Awards. The awards acknowledge top authors and firms for their thought leadership and reader engagement in key topics during the past year. Top Author honors were given to Theresa Defino and Adam Turteltaub, and Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) was recognized as a Top Firm in Compliance.

Theresa Defino, Editor/Reporter for Report on Patient Privacy and Report on Research Compliance, was recognized as a Top Author in the Healthcare category. Theresa has been a journalist for more than 30 years and has vast knowledge of healthcare privacy risks and compliance. This is her third year earning JD Supra Top Author recognition for Healthcare. In 2021 she also received Top Author honors for Compliance.

Adam Turteltaub, CCEP, CHC, Chief Engagement & Strategy Officer for SCCE & HCCA, was recognized as a Top Author in Compliance. Adam has been a leader at SCCE & HCCA for over 14 years. He is the host of Compliance Perspectives podcasts, a well-recognized compliance and ethics speaker, and contributing author to HCCA’s Compliance Today® magazine, SCCE’s Compliance and Ethics Professional® (CEP) magazine, and other global publications.
