A reduced rate of $189 single/double occupancy per night plus applicable taxes (currently 17.4%, subject to change) has been arranged for this program.  To obtain the special discounted group rate, contact reservations direct at 877.803.7534 or book online.

Once an individual reservation has been made, any changes should be made directly with the Group Reservations Department.  A credit card number or 1 nights advance deposit will be required to secure a room out of this block.  Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival or 1 night room and tax will be assessed.

The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is October 21, 2022 or once the group block is full, whichever comes first. After the cut-off date, reservations will be handled on a rate and availability basis.

For those who wish to extend their stay, sleeping room rates are available three days before and three days after the Academy based on availability.
