Greg Triguba

Greg Triguba is an attorney and accomplished ethics and compliance professional with deep in-house and client experience developing, implementing and managing effective ethics, compliance, and risk management programs and solutions in global organizational settings. With over 25 years of professional experience in business, legal, and government settings, Greg currently serves as a strategic partner and consultant and leverages his expertise to support organizations across a broad range of ethics and compliance program needs and solutions.
In his current practice, Greg delivers hands-on collaboration and strategic solutions that help enable the effective implementation and management of ethics and compliance programs and risk mitigation strategies across all major ethics and compliance risk and focus areas. His prior in-house experience includes key ethics and compliance roles with Intuit, Eddie Bauer, Qwest Communications, Nationwide Financial, and service in the U.S. Air Force. Among other successes in this capacity, Greg is responsible for leading and implementing effective ethics and compliance programs and infrastructures from the ground up, enabling the effective management of risk, and integrating values-based Codes of Conduct and related program frameworks. Passionate about the critical role that ethics and compliance plays in the success of business, Greg is an active leader in the ethics and compliance community and a frequent presenter at professional events and conferences. Among other contributions, Greg serves on the Board of Directors of SCCE & HCCA, Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics (SCCE) International and Domestic Academy Faculty, and serves on the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional Certification/Test Committee (CCEP/CCEP-I). In addition, Greg serves on the SCCE Compliance & Ethics Professional Editorial Advisory Board, Journal of Financial Compliance Editorial Board, and serves as the SCCE Compliance & Ethics Institute (CEI) Risk Track Program Chair. Greg is a licensed attorney with a Juris Doctor and a BA in Human Resources Administration. He is originally from Ohio and the youngest son of artist parents.
