Niurka Adorno-Davies

Niurka Adorno-Davies is the Associate Vice President, Compliance at Molina Healthcare of South Carolina, Inc. and Molina Healthcare of Puerto Rico, Inc. where she is responsible for mentoring and training staff on Privacy, Fraud, Waste and Abuse Plan, the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and Molina's Compliance Program. Niurka works closely with the SIU, Privacy and Security areas on inquiries and investigations. She has over 20 years of compliance and contracts experience and a strong background in commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid.
Niurka holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and a Juris Doctor from the Interamerican University Law School of Puerto Rico. She is admitted to practice before the Puerto Rico courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals- First Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. A member of the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) since 2009, Niurka is Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) by the Compliance Certification Board since 2010 and has been actively involved with the association as a speaker, author, member of the Diversity and Inclusion Working Group. Niurka is also a Member of the SCCE & HCCA Board of Directors since November 2021.
