Book Editor

The book editor will be responsible for a portfolio of compliance books. Responsibilities include developing manuscripts from the outline stage through to digital and print publication; adhering to a content calendar; developing book concepts and proposals; working with authors, committee members, and freelancers; developing and adhering to a style guide; assigning projects and monitoring deadlines; and supporting the achievement of financial targets by providing subject matter expertise to sales and marketing stakeholders.


Member Services Lead

The Member Services Lead plays an integral role in the organization by providing quality support and service to all members and non-members, including certain volunteers, and is instrumental to maintain a high level of member satisfaction. Reporting to the Director of Membership, Certification & Accreditation, the Member Services Lead is responsible for supporting the everyday operational aspects of the membership engagement and renewal programs.

The Member Services Lead will oversee staff performance; identify and develop training and education needs while ensuring high quality service to members and internal stakeholders and foster an environment of continuous improvement.


Project Coordinator

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the publishing director to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with project sponsors and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. The Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.


Software Developer

Responsible for the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, modification, and maintenance of properly engineered content information systems (containing software as the major component) to meet agreed upon publishing business needs.


Strategic Account Manager

The Account Manager (AM) contributes to SCCE & HCCA’s annual revenue goals, including exhibit, sponsorship, advertising, product, and group memberships and event registrations, by attaining and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals. The successful candidate is a top sales producer with strong consultative skills and a proven track record in prospecting, business development and client relations and retention. The AM excels in developing, negotiating, and selling integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including digital and print advertising, event exhibits and sponsorships. Flexibility and efficiency are key; as this position is responsible for sales of multiple events, and product offerings.
