Conference Technology Specialist

This position is responsible planning, coordinating, and utilizing various technology systems used to deliver virtual, in-person, and hybrid conferences. This person will work closely with the conference planning team to understand the technology requirements for each event. Those requirements will then be used to provision the appropriate technology either through vendors or internal systems. Other activities include maintaining a mobile app (no programming), troubleshooting various conference technologies, assisting with integrations between related systems, coordination of video recording acquisitions and post-processing. In addition to ensuring a successful member experience from a technology perspective, this role will also function as a backup to the technology coordinator by maintaining events in the backend registration systems.


Email Marketing Coordinator

The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day execution of email and website marketing strategies for SCCE & HCCA. Primary duties will include planning, running, and analyzing email marketing campaigns, creating email/newsletter template, and managing email databases to promote our events, publications, membership and generate leads.


Marketing Traffic Coordinator

The Marketing Traffic Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.  The Marketing Traffic Coordinator works with cross-functional teams to create timelines, assign and schedule tasks, gather resources, monitor progress, drive efficiencies, and facilitate execution of marketing efforts for growth in association membership, educational products, and conferences. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects of varying size and deadlines.


Paid Media Specialist

The Media Specialist is responsible for planning, execution, and quality control for day-to-day organic social media activity, paid social, and paid search (PPC) as well as vendor and account management for the SCCE & HCCA’s various social media channels. This position is also responsible for creating high visibility, engagement and brand recognition to support sales and growth for key initiatives including but not limited to certification, membership, product and publication sales, conference attendance and COSMOS awareness/traffic.


Strategic Account Manager

The Account Manager (AM) contributes to SCCE & HCCA’s annual revenue goals, including exhibit, sponsorship, advertising, product, and group memberships and event registrations, by attaining and exceeding monthly and annual sales goals. The successful candidate is a top sales producer with strong consultative skills and a proven track record in prospecting, business development and client relations and retention. The AM excels in developing, negotiating, and selling integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including digital and print advertising, event exhibits and sponsorships. Flexibility and efficiency are key; as this position is responsible for sales of multiple events, and product offerings.
