All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. 

The cutoff date to receive this discounted rate is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Sunday, April 24 or once the group block is full, whichever comes first. After the cut-off date, reservations will be handled on a rate and availability basis.

Cancellations of individual reservations will be accepted up until 3:00 PM two (2) days prior to arrival date, at which point a one-night, non-refundable deposit will be charged to credit card on file. 

For those who wish to extend their stay, sleeping room rates are available three days before and three days after the Academy based on availability.
