2020 ECEI Update

16 March, 2020

SCCE is working to schedule webinars with many of the ECEI speakers, using the same presentation materials they planned to use at the conference.  The webinars will be scheduled at a variety of convenient times for live participation. If you who are unable to participate in the live web conference, you will have the ability to earn non-live CCB CEUs from the recorded versions.

Details on the schedule and how to register for the webinars will be sent out to registered attendees in the near future.

10 March , 2020

It is with great disappointment that I am announcing that SCCE’s 8th Annual European Compliance & Ethics Institute (ECEI), scheduled for 16-18 March in Amsterdam, is being cancelled. The continued growth of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has resulted in numerous organisations implementing travel bans for their employees. This factor, along with an abundance of caution and concern for everyone’s health as the number of cases in the Netherlands rises, is what led to this difficult decision.

We will not postpone ECEI to later in 2020. Rather, the 9th Annual ECEI will be held 15 -17 March 2021 in Amsterdam. Those of you who wish to carry forward your registration to ECEI 2021 may do so.

All registered attendees who have already paid will have the option of receiving a refund or carrying the full credit for their payment forward to be applied to future SCCE events or products for a period of 12 months.

For further details, please review our Cancellation FAQs.

I hope this crisis ends soon. In the meantime, be safe and practice all of the guidelines that your local officials suggest to contain this virus. I hope to see all of you soon.

Best wishes, Gerry Zack
